Believed to date back around 300 years, with carefully considered extensions added over time, including a striking contemporary addition completed approximately seven years ago, the house seamlessly blends period character with modern comfort.

Rich in personality, warmth and history, Overbatch retains an array of original features including oak panelling, exposed beams, quarry tiled floors and wood burning stoves, creating a home that feels both timeless and deeply welcoming.
