All internal doors are made from solid oak.

Presently used as a games room, the first reception room is at the front of the house and leads to a large lounge, then through to the dining area linked to the kitchen, and back to the entrance hall.

A secluded garden and outside patio can be accessed through three bi-folding doors that merge the indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces of the property, providing a versatile and inclusive arrangement for entertaining.

A ground floor bedroom with en-suite There are five bedrooms within Mossdale, and they all have television and internet points.

Within the detached garage, there are multiple power points and lights. From the drive to the left there is a single door to the office, permitting a convenient working space away from the main house.

The utility room can be entered from the study and within it the central Comms Cabinet houses the connections to the wired television and data points including the bedrooms, reception rooms and kitchen.

A NEST ring system and CCTV are in operation. Come on inside and take a look around!

By entry from the drive via the composite glass paned front door and porch, the house opens into a welcoming hallway.
