This elegant two storey cottage enjoys a marvellous view beyond its own private rear garden across the beautiful 7-acre parkland grounds on this prestigious development by Charles Church, built in 1998.

Offering just under 900 sq. Ft of accommodation with two double bedrooms & two bathrooms.

Marlow Station is under half a mile level walk for the London or Reading commuter.

Local recreational facilities include walking, cycling along the Thames Path & in the Hambleden valley along with riding; golf at Harleyford & Temple; rowing at Marlow Rowing Club; clubs for tennis, cricket, hockey & bowls all in Pound Lane, almost opposite the main entrance to Wethered Park, along with the Court Gardens Leisure complex with swimming pool & gymnasium, and the National Sports Centre at Bisham Abbey within one mile.
