A separate WC is located off this area and there is also a dedicated laundry area. The house benefits from a convenient laundry chute connecting the upper floors to the laundry space.

From the sitting room the accommodation flows through to a striking Amdega conservatory which enjoys views over the gardens and surrounding countryside.

This bright and welcoming space includes a log-burning stove allowing it to be used comfortably throughout the year and leads through to a useful store room.
