11, Queens Crescent, Shrivenham, SN6 8DD

A superb semi-detached home situated in an enviable and quiet position close to the centre of Shrivenham. This wonderful property boasts two double bedrooms, garage, and a fantastic private garden.

Upon entering you are greeted by a spacious hall with a downstairs cloakroom, storage, and stairs to the first floor.

The kitchen / diner is at the front of the home, and this offers a lovely outlook over greenery.

The kitchen is fitted with a range of floor and wall mounted modern units and has the added benefit of a recently fitted new boiler (still under warranty).

The sitting room is to the rear and is flooded with light from a glass door out to the garden. On the first floor are two great size double bedrooms with the master bedroom boasting a lovely view.

These are both serviced by a refurbished family bathroom. Outside there is driveway parking for several vehicles in front of a detached single garage.

Gated access leads into the rear garden which is a huge feature of the property. The garden is laid predominantly to lawn with a great-sized patio area wrapping around the garage.

This offers complete privacy screened by trees and the perfect space to soak up the summer sun.

Shrivenham is one of the larger villages within the Vale of the White Horse and without question one of the most desirable in the area, with a thriving community.

The village is located circa 5 miles north-east of Swindon and circa 5 miles south-west of the market town of Faringdon.

The village is ideally located for access to the M4 (8 minutes away) and the A420 leading to Oxford and beyond.

In addition to the Memorial Hall on the corner of Highworth Road and newly built primary school and pre-school in Raven Way, there is a lovely tree-lined high street with shops, restaurants, public houses, a doctors’ surgery, chemist, Methodist church and parish church.

There is a frequent bus service through the village from Swindon to Oxford and back, linking to rail services and airports.
