About
This brand new development of 12 apartments will be coming to the rental market soon! Interested parties are advised to submit an early enquiry to avoid disappointment.
Located on the site of the Old Custom House, one of Goole's most historic buildings, New Custom House will redefine renting in Goole.
The development is positioned in the heart of Goole town centre, close to all amenities, including Goole Market Hall and the brand new Goole Leisure Centre opening later this year.
The site has excellent transport links, being a few minutes' walk from Goole railway station and a short drive from Junction 36 of the M62.
New Custom House consists of a range of studio, one and two bedroom apartments, built to a high-specification with modern living standards in mind.
An excellent feature of the development is the secure undercroft parking for each apartment, a rare feature in the town centre, electric vehicle charging points are also available.
Anticipated completion: Late October 2026. Please submit an online enquiry to register your interest.
