Keyford Meadows Keyford Meadows is a development of one and two bedroom apartments and two, three, four and five bedroom houses.

The perfect location for first-time buyers and families alike, Keyford Meadows straddles Sandys Hill Lane in Little Keyford, just on the outskirts of Frome.

Homes are built to the highest standard at Keyford Meadows, with sustainability and the environment at the forefront. They will feature either highly efficient gas boilers or air source heat pumps.

The design of the homes achieve a reduction in C02 emissions in excess of 10% of the recently updated Building Regulations.

This is achieved by increased insulation, lower air tightness and the installation of waste water heat recovery to selected homes.

Outside of the homes is an attractive environment that's ecologically rich and diverse with hectares of green space to be explored.

Meanwhile, biodiversity in the area shall be greatly enhanced thanks to several features - such as integrated bat and bird boxes - adding to Frome's already wonderful ecosystem, aided by designated wildlife corridors that allow it to flourish.

Curo At Curo we build quality, attractive homes designed for modern living, giving you confidence that you're making a great investment in your family's future.

We believe a home is more than bricks and mortar; we create thoughtfully designed developments with connections, community and our customers at their heart.

We're proud to be a business with social objectives. That's why, instead of having shareholders, we re-invest all our profits to achieve our purpose - to create Homes for Good.

Our dedication to you Curo is a registered developer with the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB), a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving the quality of new homes and customer service provided by developers.

They set out requirements for us in terms of the quality of the homes we build, that we offer an inclusive, clear buying process and offer you, the customer, a quality service from start to finish.

New build homes; Greener and Cheaper New build houses are on average 21% cheaper to run than older properties.

That's an annual saving of approximately £420.00* on household bills compared to pre-owned homeowners thanks to their in-use energy efficiency. New build homes are increasingly more energy efficient.

Virtually all new build homes in the UK achieve an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of A or B, giving homeowners peace of mind that their property is helping to keep utility bills low.

A stark contrast to many existing homes, with older properties significantly less likely to reach the same standard.

In addition, living in a new build home could cut your household carbon emissions by up to 74% every year compared to older properties, helping you live more sustainably while reducing energy usage.* *Watt a Save, 2026, Home Builders Federation (HBF) and Octopus Energy, savings on other property types differ.
