We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
Underhill Estate Agents are delighted to bring to market Firbank House, a very unique property offering.
This is an exciting and versatile opportunity to acquire a substantial five-bedroom property situated in a highly visible position in Dawlish, offering both residential accommodation and commercial potential.
The main house provides generous living space with five well-proportioned bedrooms and two reception rooms, making it an ideal family home or a property with scope for mixed residential and business use.
The accommodation offers flexible living arrangements with ample room for modern family life.
Externally, the property benefits from ample parking, garden, a workshop (with car pit), and additional outbuildings, providing excellent storage or potential for a variety of uses.
A key feature of this unique property is the forecourt area to the front, which has previously been operated as a car washing business, occupying a prime roadside position with strong passing traffic.
This offers an ideal opportunity for those looking to continue or develop a roadside business, subject to any necessary consent.
With its combination of spacious accommodation, useful outbuildings, parking, and established roadside commercial potential, this property presents a rare opportunity for buyers seeking a home with business prospects in a prominent location.
