We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
A fascinating opportunity offering a blend of character, land and serious potential. At its heart is a former farmhouse with 4 receptions, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
While some upgrading is required, the existing accommodation presents an impressive canvas for it to be transformed into a stylish and highly individual property that would result in a splendid family home.
Adjacent to the farmhouse is a separate cottage that requires a complete internal refit. The farmhouse and cottage present a great opportunity to create something exceptional.
A separate parcel of land with a 40ft store/garage offers a great parking area that is directly adjacent to both farmhouse and cottage.
There is also an option to acquire a further large area of land beside the farmhouse. Rarely does a property offering such character and potential come to the market.
For those prepared to take on a project, this could be the one-off opportunity where imagination could unlock something special.
