330 Derby Road, Nottingham

If you and five of your closest (or most tolerable) friends are seeking student accommodation that’s more “palatial” than “poky, ” look no further than this six-bedroom semi detached house.

Each of the six double bedrooms is big enough to swing a cat (not that we recommend it), and with three bathrooms, morning queues will be a thing of the past.

The kitchen is perfect for late-night pasta feasts, while the living room is ideal for group study sessions or competitive Mario Kart tournaments.

At £160 per person per week (£693.33 per person per calendar month), and with a modest £250 deposit per person, you can save your pennies for more important things (like takeaways and textbooks).

Bills aren’t included, but an inclusive package is available if you’d rather not argue over who left the heating on.

Available from July, this property is just a hop, skip, and a jump from the University of Nottingham and Queens Medical Centre, plus you’re surrounded by local shops and handy transport links (no excuses for missing lectures).

Step outside and you’ll find off street parking, so you can finally stop playing “hunt the parking space” after a long day.

There’s also a generous outdoor area, perfect for summer BBQs, revising in the sunshine, or simply enjoying a well-earned break from your studies.

Whether you’re a green-fingered gardener or just want somewhere to air out your trainers, the outside space ticks all the boxes.

Don’t miss your chance to snap up this student haven - your future self will thank you. (Office reference: 330DR) EPC Rating: C Parking - Off Street
