Intermediate Rent Scheme The property is being marketed under our Intermediate Rental Scheme. Intermediate rent properties are approximately 20% cheaper than the normal market value.

They’re discounted to help residents onto the home ownership ladder by allowing them to save for a deposit to buy.

Because we need to be able to ensure the flat is not only affordable, but that you can save too, our referencing process has a couple of additional checks to those you might expect from a high street agent.

All sound good? In order to be considered you will need to have a minimum household income of £23,334 and a maximum of £80,000.00 per year.

Tenancy Information To reserve this property, you will be required to pay a £195.00 Holding Deposit which we will retain whilst you undergo the referencing and credit check process with Let Alliance Background Checking.

Once you have satisfied our checks, we will be able to confirm the offer of the property.

You must decide whether you wish to have the holding deposit refunded to you - in which case you must then pay the pro rata rent and deposit the day before you move in, or just ask us to retain the holding deposit and we'll deduct that from the pro rata first month's rent that you'll be required to pay the day before you move in, along with the tenancy deposit which will be registered with the DPS.
