** Guide Price £750,000 - £775,000 ** At the heart of the property is the open plan kitchen, dining and living room.

The vaulted ceiling uses the full height of the property to create an impressive sense of space, while skylights, a large picture window and triple bi-folding doors bring natural light and views of the garden into the room.

The connection between inside and outside has been central to the design.

Open the bi-folding doors and the kitchen and living space becomes almost an extension of the garden, with the positioning of the kitchen giving the feeling of an outdoor kitchen during the warmer months.

Even with the doors closed, the picture window and skylights maintain that connection throughout the year. The kitchen itself was designed to be the focal point as you enter the main living area.

Symmetrically arranged cabinetry has been recessed into the wall to retain the clean lines and height of the vaulted ceiling, while generous storage keeps the space practical.

One of its defining features is the quartzite worktop.

Chosen for its warm, dramatic veining, it runs across the worktops and continues behind the hob as a full-height splashback, creating a statement within the otherwise calm and natural interior.

The accommodation provides three double bedrooms, with the sleeping areas deliberately positioned separately from the main communal space to give a greater sense of privacy.

The principal bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, while a separate bathroom serves the remaining two bedrooms. Both bathrooms have been designed with a spa-like feel.

A particularly considered detail is the mitred tiling, removing the need for visible tile trims and giving the edges a cleaner, more refined finish.

The spacious entrance porch provides a bright welcome while keeping the main accommodation private.

Fitted cabinetry conceals the utility area and provides useful storage, with a glimpse through towards the garden beyond.

A fully remodelled three bedroom home in the heart of wick village Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in sought-after Wick Village, this three double bedroom home has been completely transformed, with a new roof, redesigned interior and a carefully considered layout that makes the most of its private garden setting.

Designed by Natalie Ashton of Dune Studio Interiors, the inspiration was a Hamptons influenced, modern farmhouse feel.

Bright, spacious and relaxed, the aim was to create a home with a strong connection to nature and a sense of calm, while remaining practical and comfortable for everyday living.

Outside, the garden has been transformed into a private and secluded space surrounded by established planting and mature trees.

Its orientation allows different areas to enjoy the sun throughout the day, while the south-facing terrace provides a natural place for outdoor dining, morning coffee or an evening drink overlooking the garden.

There is even a hot and cold outdoor shower, a small luxury that makes perfect sense in this location.

After a morning at the beach, paddleboarding on the river or exploring nearby Hengistbury Head, you can rinse off outside before heading indoors. Off-road parking is provided to the front.

The setting plays an important part in what makes this home different.

Wick Village offers easy access to the river, Hengistbury Head, the beach and surrounding nature reserves, while Southbourne and Christchurch are also within easy reach.

The result is a home that feels uplifting, peaceful and connected to its surroundings.

From the vaulted living space and quartzite kitchen to the secluded garden and carefully concealed storage, the design has considered not just how the property looks, but how it feels to live here.
