This stunning apartment enjoys a fantastic location within one of the most popular and sought after areas of the historic City of Chester.

It forms part of a small and select development of luxury apartments that was completed around ten years ago and constructed by Blue Oak Developments, who have an outstanding reputation.

The apartment is the epitome of stylish modern living with a wealth of eye-catching features embedded with an art deco theme.

This particular apartment has the accolade of being the only one in the development with its own private entrance.

It also has all the accommodation on the ground floor so this is also a strong option for those who want bungalow style living in a secure setting within walking distance of shops and excellent amenities.

At the original time of sale, this was the show apartment, which is no surprise given the fantastic open plan living dining and breakfast kitchen which opens the accommodation.

The open plan living area includes a wide and full depth picture window allowing a flood of natural light.

The master bedroom has an en-suite and there is a separate bathroom which serves the second double bedroom.
