The kitchen has been finished to a high standard, with extensive fitted cabinetry, integrated appliances and a substantial central island creating a natural focal point.

Bi-fold doors connect the room directly with the outside terrace, allowing the exceptional outlook to be enjoyed from within the house and creating a seamless relationship between the interior and exterior spaces.

A separate living room, accessed from the family room via French doors, offers a more intimate setting, while the utility room provides valuable practical space and direct access to the double garage.

Elsewhere on the ground floor are a dedicated home office, playroom and cloakroom. The first floor provides three further bedrooms, arranged around a generous central landing.

The principal bedroom suite offers a freestanding bath, dressing area and a generous ensuite.

The garden has been designed to complement the house and its surroundings, with the terrace providing the ideal vantage point from which to appreciate the extraordinary rural panorama.

Here, the sense of being surrounded by open countryside is particularly pronounced, yet the house remains within easy reach of Gloucester and the wider road network.

The property also benefits from a substantial private driveway providing more parking than its neighbouring homes, in addition to the attached double garage.

As with the wider development, the property has been built with modern energy efficiency and contemporary living in mind, while the quality of construction and finish throughout reflects the standards expected from a carefully considered, individually built home.

The specification of these homes is impressive, including an air source heat pump, underfloor heating to the ground floor and a 10-year pcc warranty.

The Lifestyle & Location Minsterworth offers an appealing combination of countryside living and accessibility.

The village is surrounded by beautiful open countryside and is within easy reach of the Forest of Dean, one of the most enchanting corners of Gloucestershire, where ancient woodland, trickling streams and winding country lanes create a wonderful sense of peace and escape.

Despite the semi-rural setting, Gloucester city centre is only a short drive away, providing an extensive range of shopping, dining, cultural and leisure facilities.

The nearby market towns of Ross-on-Wye and Newent provide further options for independent shopping, cafés, restaurants and everyday amenities.

Minsterworth itself has a strong sense of community, with a village hall hosting a wide variety of events throughout the year, as well as a local nursery making the village particularly convenient for younger families.

The village of Highnam is nearby, offering a superb play area and highly-regarded primary school. The farm park at Over Farm is a firm favourite with local families.

The secondary provision in Gloucestershire is especially impressive, with a variety of grammar, state and private schools nearby.

The surrounding landscape provides numerous opportunities to enjoy the countryside on foot, including riverside walks along the Severn.

The river also brings one of the area's most remarkable natural spectacles: The Severn Bore, which can be viewed from various points along the river as the incoming tide creates a dramatic wave travelling upstream.

It is this combination of exceptional views, a beautiful rural setting, proximity to the Forest of Dean and remarkably easy access to Gloucester that makes Minsterworth such an appealing place to call home.
