The Tour Set back from the road behind a landscaped front garden, the house opens into a welcoming entrance hall.

From here is a dramatic double-height sitting room, where corner glazing frames leafy treetop views.

Timber-lined ceilings echo the warmth of the floors below, and a wood-burning stove with exposed flue draws the eye upward.

Doors open onto a generous terrace, allowing the living space to extend naturally into the garden.

The principal living spaces are arranged in a largely open plan, allowing for both fluid day-to-day living and more formal entertaining.

In the warmer months, the house opens fully, with the terrace becoming a natural extension of the interior.

The dining area is positioned against a backdrop of surrounding trees, while the kitchen forms a sociable, highly functional hub with a direct relationship to both the main reception space and the garden beyond.

Accommodation is arranged across three levels and provides six bedrooms in total, including a self-contained annexe.

The lower ground floor provides a versatile suite of rooms with direct access to the garden, currently arranged as bedrooms and studio space, alongside a utility room and ancillary accommodation.

On the first floor, three further bedrooms are arranged around a light-filled landing.

A separate study is defined by a pitched, timber-lined ceiling and internal glazing overlooking the main reception space below.

Set to one side, the recently refurbished annexe provides fully self-contained accommodation. Living, kitchen and dining spaces are arranged as one, alongside a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom.

With its own private patio and garden, it has a sense of independence while remaining closely connected to the main house and is well-suited to guests or multi-generational living.

Outdoor Space The house is surrounded by a mature, landscaped garden with a distinctly woodland character.

It is largely laid to lawn, interspersed with established trees and plantings, creating a high degree of privacy and seclusion.

Terraces and decked areas provide space for outdoor dining and entertaining, with elevated views through the trees.

These spaces have been particularly well used for gatherings and summer entertaining. Beyond the garden, a wooded boundary opens directly onto Southampton Sports Centre.

From a private, enclosed setting, there is immediate access to acres of open recreational ground, including sports pitches, golf courses and parkland.

A fully fitted workshop sits within the garden, providing a light-filled and highly practical space that has been used for a range of projects.

Slightly set apart, it acts as a quiet, sequestered retreat. There is also a generous garage, and extensive off-street parking are set to the front.
