This entire floor is designed to seamlessly allow access to the garden through French doors, providing a perfect indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

The heart of this level is the recently renovated, high-specification kitchen and breakfast room.

The custom cabinetry is finished in a striking deep heritage green, paired with premium white stone work surfaces and antique brass handles.

A central oversized island features a wine cooler, storage units, and an array of drawer storage units, all highlighted by a stunning tiered crystal chandelier.

This chef-inspired space is fully equipped with double AEG ovens, a full-size fridge freezer, an integrated dishwasher, and a double butler ceramic sink alongside a versatile cooking station with both induction and gas hobs and a built-in seamless extractor hood.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining room offers an expansive space for entertaining that comfortably accommodates a ten-seater table.

For those looking to further enhance the connection to the outside, there is significant potential to install bi-folding doors across this lower ground floor area.

On the ground floor, accessed via a grand entrance hall, you will find a remarkably spacious sitting room that serves as a grand primary reception room.

This bright and airy space is centred around a charming feature log burner, set against a stylish damask-patterned feature wall, creating a cosy yet sophisticated atmosphere for relaxation.

This level also provides access to a guest WC and a large attached double garage. The home's unique split-level layout offers exceptionally versatile sleeping accommodation.

On the upper ground floor, you will find the main bedroom, which boasts a dedicated dressing room.

The adjacent high-specification shower room serves as an en-suite to this room, while also offering the versatility of being accessed directly from the main hall.

Also situated on the ground floor is another well-proportioned bedroom which is served by the luxurious family bathroom, complete with its stunning freestanding roll-top slipper bath.

Ascending to the first floor, the sense of luxury continues with two further bedrooms. One of these first-floor rooms also enjoys the benefit of its own private en-suite shower room.

Throughout the home, the bathrooms have been redesigned to offer a true boutique-hotel experience.

The en-suites feature vast walk-in showers with feature tile strips and contemporary vanity units, while the family bathroom serves as a private sanctuary with its porcelain wall tiling and unique, floor-standing pedestal washbasin.
