1, Coburg Close, Wellington, TA21 9NB

Located in the popular village of West Buckland conveniently positioned for both easy access to Taunton and Wellington, M5 and A38 is this substantial three bedroom detached bungalow set in a small cul-de-sac of just three bungalows.

Benefitting from oil fired central heating and double glazing the property has undergone a good degree of refurbishment by the current owners to include a new kitchen and additional parking.

The spacious accommodation comprises Entrance Hall, cloakroom, lounge/diner, kitchen, family bathroom and 3 bedrooms.

The bungalow sits almost centrally within its generous plot that has front and rear gardens of similar sizes and both being laid mostly to lawn, there is access to both sides with a greenhouse and oil storage tank located to one end.

A driveway leads to the integral garage that has a pedestrian door to the rear, there is an additional hard stand/driveway to the opposite end proving a very useful space for additional vehicles, guest parking or turning area.

From our office in South Street turn right into High Street and continue out of the town to Chelston roundabout.

Continue towards the M5 and just before joining the motorway take the turning left signposted to West Buckland. Proceed over Crown Hill and turn left at the t-junction opposite Peacocks Cottages.

Take a left hand turn at the triangle opposite the village shop where Coburg Close will be found after a short while on the right hand side.
