Oak House is a rare offering-combining architectural charm, generous proportions, and a truly idyllic setting.

With its understated elegance and connection to the landscape, it offers a lifestyle that is both refined and deeply relaxed.

Designed and built by the current owners, the property blends traditional architectural charm with a soft, contemporary aesthetic-creating a home that feels both elegant and effortlessly liveable.

Surrounded by Grade II listed Willbury Parkland and bathed in natural light, the house evokes a sense of calm and space and must be seen to be appreciated.

The accommodation is centred around a welcoming reception hall, where natural materials and thoughtful detailing set the tone for the rest of the home. From here, the principal living spaces unfold.

The sitting room is a generous, dual-aspect space, anchored by a characterful log-burning stove-perfect for cosy evenings-while glazed doors provide a seamless link to the outside.

At the heart of the home lies the kitchen and dining area, designed as a sociable, everyday hub.

Fitted with beautifully crafted cabinetry and stone work surfaces, the kitchen combines practicality with understated elegance, while the adjoining dining space is enhanced by a charming bay window and built-in seating.

A door in the kitchen takes you into the generous pantry. Beyond, the spacious utility/boot room is a must for any rural home.

Additional reception rooms offer flexibility for modern living, currently arranged as a music room or snug and a separate study, both enjoying views across the gardens and adjoining paddocks-ideal for quiet retreat or home working.

Upstairs, the statement, spacious galleried landing leads to four well-proportioned double bedrooms, each enjoying pleasant outlooks across the landscape.

The bedrooms are serviced by a shower room and family bathroom which introduces a touch of classic luxury with a freestanding bath and separate shower.

A substantial loft room above provides excellent potential for further accommodation, offering a versatile space filled with natural light from Velux windows.

Outside The setting of Oak House is one of its defining features. The home sits within a generous plot, carefully arranged to create a series of inviting outdoor spaces.

To the front, a gravel driveway provides ample parking and a sense of arrival, framed by planting and approached via a traditional five-bar gate.

A veranda draped with Wisteria offers a charming, sheltered seating area, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

To the rear, a terrace leads onto a gently rising lawn bordered by trees and natural planting, blending seamlessly into the surrounding countryside.

Beyond, uninterrupted views stretch across adjoining parkland and a copse, creating a peaceful and private outlook.

A garage and adjoining workshop provide excellent practical space, with potential for conversion into a studio, office or leisure area if desired.
