About
SALE AGREED VIA #BEATTHEPORTALS Sellers View We love living in Yateley because it has such a nice village community feel about it.
Everything we want is right on our doorstep - great schools, places to eat, pubs and loads of walks (lakes, rivers, woods and common land).
The children learned to ride their bikes up on the disused runway and it’s where we went blackberry picking every year. The café at the airport is a great place to watch planes!
This house has been a lovely home from the children being babies to late teenagers. It’s a great sized family home where everyone has their own space and the run of a lovely private garden.
Jack's Comments What I really love about this home is how much space it offers, both inside and out.
You've got four proper double bedrooms which is rare to find, and the main bedroom has its own en suite which is a great bonus alongside the family bathroom.
Downstairs, the layout flows really nicely. There are three reception rooms so whether you need a home office, playroom or just some extra family space, it's all here.
The kitchen breakfast room is a great size too, ideal for busy mornings or entertaining, and there’s a utility area that keeps everything tucked away and practical.
The south west facing garden is a real feature. It gets the sun most of the day and feels really private.
There’s also side access, driveway parking, and the house itself has clearly been well looked after over the years. It’s one of those properties you can feel has been a happy family home.
You're also in a brilliant spot here, tucked in a quiet residential road but still within walking distance of Newlands Primary, Yateley Secondary and even Castle Bottom for countryside walks.
It’s ideal if you're looking for space and location without compromising on lifestyle. Area View Lymington Avenue sits in one of Yateley’s most established and family-friendly pockets.
It’s a quiet residential road with a real sense of community, while still being close to everything you need day to day.
Families are well catered for here, with both Newlands Primary School and Yateley Secondary School within walking distance.
There are also great local nurseries and parks nearby, making it a brilliant spot for young families or those looking to settle long term.
For outdoor space, Castle Bottom Nature Reserve and Yateley Common are both close by and offer miles of countryside walks, dog-friendly trails and peaceful green surroundings.
Commuters will also appreciate the access to nearby road links including the M3, A30 and A331, along with Farnborough Main or Fleet stations for connections into London.
Yateley itself has a strong local identity, with independent shops, cafes, sports clubs and a welcoming village feel.
Whether you're upsizing, relocating or just want to be part of a community, this area has a lot to offer.
