Orchard Way, Hurstpierpoint, BN6 9UB

VACANT POSSESSION. A great opportunity to purchase a spacious two bedroom semi-detached bungalow in a popular location within easy walking distance of the village High Street and other key amenities.

The property requires some modernising, but is very well maintained and is on a really good size plot with a larger than average rear garden.

There is plenty of potential to extend the accommodation on the ground floor and also into the loft space to create further bedrooms and a second bathroom (stpp).

The accommodation includes: entrance porch, door to main entrance hall, a good size sitting room overlooking the front garden and driveway, kitchen with door to the rear garden, dining room and a conservatory.

There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle.

There is ample off road parking on the front driveway and a large rear garden with a wide variety of shrubs, trees and flower borders plus areas of lawn and a rear patio.

In addition there is a glass house and a timber framed workshop. Gas central heating and mains drainage.

The property is within a short walk of the picturesque and historic village High Street where a range of everyday facilities can be found together with the popular St Lawrence primary school being nearby.

Hassocks mainline railway station is a five minute car ride to the east and both Brighton, Gatwick International Airport and the M25 are accessible within 20 minutes by car via the M23.

The location provides almost immediate access to countryside and footpath walking and an internal inspection of this property is highly recommended.
