**SITE READY FOR OCCUPATION - SHOW HOME VIEWINGS AVAILABLE - CONTACT HOMES ALTON** SHOW HOME AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT 7 DAYS** Set across three thoughtfully planned floors, the 'Cliveden' provides spacious and versatile accommodation, including four bedrooms, three bath/shower rooms—two of which are en-suite—an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room, garden room and west-facing gardens.

To the east, the homes enjoy an attractive outlook towards Anstey Playing Fields and the distinguished beech tree within Chapel Gardens.

The Cliveden features a ‘Belsay’ Shaker kitchen complemented by pale worktops and honey-toned oak flooring.

Underfloor heating throughout provides comfort during the colder months, while the inviting garden room creates a welcoming space to enjoy the changing seasons year-round.

Two parking spaces are conveniently positioned close to the front gardens or directly beside the homes. This unique site offers the perfect blend of countryside charm and urban convenience.

Located a short walk from the nearest supermarket, with a variety of bus services nearby and only 15 minutes’ walk to Alton Station, Chapel Gardens also enjoys close proximity to a fitness centre and swimming pool.

The site borders the Anstey playing fields, with easy access to scenic walking routes – ideal for taking children out for fresh air, walking the dog, or simply enjoying the benefits of nature.

Mature, long-established trees fill the site, creating a peaceful, leafy environment.

The charm of Chapel Gardens is further enhanced by thoughtful landscaping with all gardens levelled, some parking areas sunk slightly below ground level with bushes planted between car-spaces and dropped kerbs preferred to avoid potential trip hazards.

Furthermore, a gated access leads directly onto the playing fields behind.

Combining all the advantages of living in a town, with doorstep access to the glorious Hampshire countryside, Chapel Gardens delivers the best of all worlds.

Modern lifestyles can often feel overwhelming – so many decisions and choices to make.

Whether to buy a house at Chapel Gardens, on the site of an old orchard in former convent grounds, however, is not a conundrum: beautifully built using traditional masonry construction with generously-proportioned rooms and thoughtful touches everywhere.

At Chapel Gardens we have used this traditional form of construction rather than modern timber-frame methods.

This approach not only reflects a commitment to time-tested craftsmanship but also delivers real benefits for homeowners.

Traditional construction ensures exceptional energy efficiency, resulting in excellent EPC ratings, and provides a solid, stable structure that significantly reduces movement in the joists – meaning no creaking floors underfoot.

Also, traditionally-built homes are often easier to mortgage, giving buyers added peace of mind and smoother access to financing. It’s a difference you can feel – and trust – for the long term.

This means creating a living environment where every aspect of design considers the homeowner’s needs but also those of the immediate neighbourhood and local ecology" NB: The floorplans are indicative and modifications/improvements may have been made *Internal images are of the Show Home Certain images may have been enhanced or modified using artificial intelligence for illustrative purposes.
