The unit is in need of a good amount of renovation including a new floor in bedroom 2 as well as part of the hallway. In these units this is not a major job and is cheaper than you would think.

New kitchen and bathroom would also be required and general decoration throughout. The roof and walls seem in good order.

Given the large plot size, the views, and the general size of the unit, the works needed would be well worth the trouble.
