The property stands within its own grounds and benefits from an elevated position, with areas of lawn and a substantial raised timber terrace wrapping around the house.

The combination of black weatherboarding, red roof tiles and large areas of glazing gives the property a distinctive modern barn-style appearance.

There is a detached cartlodge, finished in black weatherboarding with a red tiled hipped roof and brick plinth.
