About
Frontline position commanding uninterrupted coastal views. Offered for sale on Executor’s instructions to close an Estate.
A sensationally located, detached individual architect designed house to be sold for the first time since construction in the early 1970’s.
Gently sloping gardens of nearly 1⁄2 an acre, provide peace and privacy and direct access to the South West Coast Path.
Now in need of modernisation to bring back to its former glory or could be an opportunity to completely replace or remodel (subject to all necessary consents).
Seldom do such opportunities in this location become available on the open market and an early inspection is wholeheartedly recommended
