The Brewery, Portslade, BN41 2AQ

The Old Brewery, Portslade is a historic landmark in the Village, standing five storeys tall with its iconic chimney rising higher still, looking out over the city of Brighton and Hove.

Built in 1881, it has the quintessential characteristics of the Victorian industrial era, and its impressive exterior in yellow gault brick has been completely restored, so it remains virtually unchanged.

Inside, however, it has been transformed into contemporary apartments, along with the adjoining buildings, all in keeping with the character of the area.

These have been expertly designed with a stylish finish while also conforming to good eco specifications for energy efficiency and sustainability, allowing this glorious building to be enjoyed for many more years to come.
