We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman Bunbury is a village which has always been hugely popular and with good reason.
Located in a lovely semi rural part of Cheshire with open countryside and walks all close at hand, the village itself has a strong sense of community spirit, excellent amenities and a very well regarded primary school, which is within walking distance.
The house sits in a plot of 0.31 acre and the mature gardens offer a high degree of privacy, colour and greenery.
In the same hands since 2003, this is a house that offers immediate ready to move into accommodation with a particularly impressive ground floor layout.
One of the best changes to the house has been the creation of an open plan kitchen dining family room that overlooks the rear garden. This forms the hub of day to day living.
Thereafter there are three flexible reception rooms including a large dual aspect living room. There is also a utility room, cloakroom and integral double garage.
At first floor level there are four bedrooms, an en suite to the principal bedroom and a family bathroom.
Also worthy of note is that the vendor recently had a new boiler installed, providing future peace of mind.
The next owners have a wide range of options which on one level could be just moving in and enjoying the home as it is, right through to (subject to planning) an extension and remodelling, which in a plot of this size and in a location so good could create a landmark house in the village.
This has so much going for it and we strongly recommend a viewing.
