Brunswick Street, Cheltenham, GL50 4HA

A lovely individual period end of terrace home, set a short distance from Pittville Park in Brunswick Street, Cheltenham.

This home is full of character with a large entrance hallway that runs from the front door through to the garden.

The hallway features two store cupboards and access to a small wine cellar which runs under the hall.

There are two reception rooms set on the opposite side of the hallway with a formal sitting room to the front and a dining room at the rear.

The dining room features a fantastic feature fireplace with the original oven still in place. This is set with beautiful green tiles, making a real statement in the room.

The dining room opens through to a long kitchen which features a breakfast bar and leads out to the garden. Finally through the kitchen you will find a door into the ground floor bathroom.

The stairs to the first floor are found to the rear of the hallway and lead up to a split level landing area. There are two double bedrooms and a third single bedroom from the landing.

The main bedroom at the front also has a feature fireplace whilst the rear bedroom looks out onto the garden.

Outside the property has a very impressive garden space, walled on all sides with a main lawn, patio area just off the kitchen and a further gravelled entertaining area to the rear, with garden shed.

This isn't a standard terrace in the area, there are lot of little details and hints that this is one of the older homes in the area and the mix of character, light and layout make it have a great feel.

Certainly one we would recommend viewing. Tenure: Freehold EPC Rating: E Council Tax Band: B
