Otterpool Lane, Lympne, CT21 4LP

This highly attractive apartment is set within a grade two listed house which some say dates back to the medieval period.

It offers the reassurance of communal living as well as the comfort and grandeur of a large country house. In summer you will be able to enjoy the flowers and birds in your own secluded garden.

There is allocated parking in the car barn and the use of a shared yard for an additional vehicle.

Flat D shares a private entrance and stairway with Flat C1, a smaller 2 bedroom apartment which is also available from the same seller.

Both flats could be bought together to provide a family group with two independent living spaces, or adapted to make a delightful 4 or 5 bedroom home.

The village of Lympne is in an idyllic rural location around 4 miles to the west of Hythe and is in close proximity to Port Lympne wildlife park, Lympne castle and there are some lovely walks in the vicinity.

Lympne has a handy convenience store, a public house and the newly opened 'The Naughty Dog' coffee shop.

A greater variety of facilities can be found in the Cinque Ports Town of Hythe, including 4 supermarkets, a vibrant High Street with various independent shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants, plus a selection of sports and leisure facilities, golf courses, swimming pool, and the Hythe Imperial Hotel with pool, gym and spa etc.
