Devonshire, Devonshire Mews west, London, W1G 6QE

Description On one of Marylebone Village’s prettiest cobbled mews, this impeccably refurbished two-bedroom house combines the charm of a classic London mews with bright, contemporary interiors and unusually generous proportions.

The house unfolds across approximately 1,260 sq ft, with a wonderfully open sense of space throughout.

The ground floor is centred around a substantial reception, dining and kitchen room measuring more than 27 ft in length.

Designed for both everyday living and entertaining, the space is arranged beneath clean-lined contemporary finishes, with bespoke cabinetry, integrated appliances and ample room for large-scale dining and relaxed seating.

Plantation shutters and wide windows draw natural light across the room, while a guest cloakroom and extensive built-in storage add practicality.

A staircase rises to the first floor, where both bedrooms benefit from vaulted ceilings that bring volume and character to the accommodation.

The principal suite features extensive fitted wardrobes and a spacious ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom has its own ensuite shower room and fitted storage.

A separate utility area is discreetly positioned off the landing.

Devonshire Mews West is regarded as one of the most sought-after mews addresses in Marylebone, moments from the village atmosphere of Marylebone High Street and within easy reach of Regent’s Park.

The surrounding streets are lined with some of central London’s best independent cafés, restaurants and galleries, while Chiltern Street, Selfridges and the West End are all nearby.

Excellent transport connections are available from Baker Street, Bond Street and Regent’s Park stations.
