59 Nottingham Road, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 1JG

For sale by Auction on 01 October 2026.

Enjoying far reaching views is a larger than average terraced property with accommodation arranged over four floors, requiring a scheme of improvement and upgrading with vacant possession.

The current owner has stripped out the property down to brick with chimney breast being removed, along with some steel beams added and with a part first fix electrical installation.

In brief the accommodation comprises:- Ground floor lounge to the front with stairs to basement, inner lobby with stairs to first floor and a further room to the rear.

To the first landing there are two double bedrooms and stairs to a generous sized loft room. To the basement there are two cellar rooms with barrelled ceilings and a further reception room.

Interestingly the neighbouring property (61) sold for £290,000 in 2022.

The property had been skilfully renovated to provide three bedroom luxury living accommodation - Clearly number 59 has significant scope to create something similar.

Outside to the front there is a small forecourt. To the side the there is shared pedestrian access which in turns leads to the tiered rear garden enjoying a southerly aspect and in need of attention.

The historic market town of Belper is well known for the famous East Mill and River Gardens and is situated within the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The city of Derby lies 8 mile to the south and provides swift access onto the A38, A52, M1 Motorway and further regional business centres.
