18 The Strand, Ryde, PO33 1JE

Many of the properties along the Strand and fronting Ryde Esplanade have over the years been converted into apartments.

This is a rare example of an uninterrupted freehold block continuing as a single residential unit.

The lower ground floor has been converted to form a two-bedroom apartment which we understand has in the past been sublet but which remains interconnected to the four floors above.

The property retains a good deal of its original style and character and offers particularly flexible accommodation with a feature being the beautiful views over the Esplanade beach and Solent beyond.

Outside of the property there is a further benefit of a significant car parking area accessed from the Strand along the Esplanade side of the building, there is a large garden opening directly for pedestrian access onto the Esplanade.

Lower Ground Floor Entrance lobby, kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, shower room with W.C., inner hall.

Auctioneer's Note Known as 18A The Strand, this part of the building has in the past been used as a self-contained flat with its own Council Tax Banding of A, though remaining fully connected to the upper floors via an internal staircase from the inner hall.

Ground Floor Kitchen/breakfast room and dining room. First Floor Drawing room and sitting room. Second Floor Landing, two bedrooms, en-suite shower room to the main bedroom.

Third Floor Two bedrooms and bathroom with W.C. Outside Significant car parking area fronting The Strand and gardens fronting the Esplanade. EPC Rating To be confirmed.
