Great Alne Park If you dream of a tranquil, rural lifestyle then we can make that a reality.

Great Alne Park is nestled in historic Warwickshire, the gateway to the Cotswolds where picturesque villages, lively market towns and stately homes stretch all the way down to Bath.

This is a landscape of golden stone and rolling hills; a place that encourages exploration, but one that also gives you the space to breathe and re-energise.

But when you want to pick up the pace, you'll find that the region possesses a creative buzz and a vibrancy that's both welcoming and inspiring. This is a place to truly lose yourself...

and find yourself. Location It's hard to imagine a more convenient place to live than Great Alne Park.

Located just outside Henley-in-Arden and 8 miles north-west of Stratford-Upon-Avon, our village offers all the benefits of countryside living with all the convenience of being on the edge of Shakespeare's historic market town.

What we've created here is a little oasis that has all the advantages of being fully integrated into the local community.

Beyond the idyllic grounds and the beautifully designed houses and lodges, you'll find a thriving village ready to welcome you.

The great outdoors has never looked, or felt, better, and people who live here say they've never felt more energised. Just imagine, 78 acres of parkland to explore - including 20 acres of woodland.

It certainly adds a new dimension to that leisurely afternoon stroll in the sun.

Wellbeing For added peace of mind, all apartments are fitted with a 24/7 call system and there is staff presence on site 24 hours a day.

Should additional support be something you need, either now or in the future, we can signpost you to local CQC registered domiciliary care providers.

History Known as Round Alne in the middle ages, Great Alne takes its name from the River Alne. It was first chronicled in the charter of King Ethalbald (723 - 737).

Alcester was founded by the Romans in around AD 47 as a walled fort. Today the town features architecture from the Medieval, Tudor, Georgian, Victorian times and 20th century.

The oldest house appears to be The Old Malthouse at the corner of Church Street and Malt Mill Lane, which probably dates from about 1500.
