Ruby St, Bristol, BS3 3DX

Property Reference: 3027380. Beautifully decorated 2 bed Victorian home in the heart of Bedminster, couple or young family.

The house Downstairs is a bright, semi-open-plan living and dining space, with a large bay window at the front and French doors opening directly onto the garden.

The house is furnished throughout with quality pieces, including Loaf furniture, alongside characterful artwork and plenty of plants.

The living room also has a working log burner, making it particularly cosy during the winter, as well as Hive-controlled central heating. The spacious kitchen is designed for people who enjoy cooking.

It is fully equipped with a Neff oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine and plenty of storage.

Upstairs is a large modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate bath and double sinks, plus generous storage for toiletries and towels. There are two double bedrooms.

The master has an exceptionally comfortable queen-size Loaf bed and generous clothes storage, while the second bedroom comes with a double bed and overlooks the garden and has a dedicated workspace, ideal for working from home.

Private garden To the rear is a private patio garden with rattan outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ.

During the warmer months it becomes a great extension of the living space and is ideal for summer evenings, drinks and barbecues.

Fully furnished & all-inclusive The house is offered fully furnished and equipped, with all household bills included.

The property also benefits from ultra-fast 500Mbps Wi-Fi, Smart TV with streaming apps, Hive central heating, double glazing, wool carpets, a security alarm and smoke detection system.

It is a Victorian property and retains the character and quirks of a house of its age, but it has been maintained and cared for to a high standard throughout my ownership.

Location The location is hard to beat.

The house sits just one minute from North Street, putting some of Bedminster and Southville's best independent cafes, restaurants, pubs, bakeries and shops virtually on the doorstep.

The Tobacco Factory and its popular Sunday market are moments away, alongside local favourites including Mark's Bread, Sweven Coffee and The Spotted Cow.

Wapping Wharf, Bristol Marina, Temple Meads station and Bristol city centre are all within walking distance, making the house particularly convenient for professionals working centrally while still offering the neighbourhood feel of Bedminster and Southville.

Suitable for A professional couple or young family looking for a fully furnished and well appointed home to move into instantly, with great connections to the city centre whilst being part of its own community.

As i'm relocating to London in October, you'll have the benefit of moving into a fully established home with all utilities and bills included.
