Little Hollow, Wickhamford, Worcestershire, WR11 7RP

A unique collection of just six bespoke homes on the edge of the North Cotswolds.

Plot 6 Cicely Lodge a substantial detached three storey house with a north west facing main elevation at the centre of the development.

Little Hollow is the perfect embodiment of Rebox Homes development’s philosophy, in creating and delivering luxurious new homes for the more discerning owner.

Rebox Homes are a young family run house building company who passionately care about each and every project with flexibility and attention to detail that makes them stand out from other larger house builders.

Thoughtful considered design and construction have created an impressive select scheme of just six homes with carefully considered living spaces set along a No through road.

Although the planning permission has allowed for just six homes at Little Hollow it is a substantial site of more than four and half acres, and this has allowed for larger than average outside spaces with plots 4 and 5 in particular having significant gardens and adjoining paddocks with far reaching countryside views towards old Wickhamford, the Cotswold Escarpment and the landmark, Broadway Tower.

The architectural design concept has created a traditional farmyard style grouping, built of mellow red brick with attractive roof coverings to reflect the character and harmony of this rural village location.

The mix of house types creates a good variety of plan options with young families and downsizing in mind set.

Green credentials include integrated solar panels linked to battery packs, Air Source Heat Pumps, electric car charging points to reduce emissions and carbon absorbing trees.
