Primrose Hill has a character all of its own and at the summit of this grassy hill are some spectacular protected views across London.

Now a Royal Park, it sits just by Regent’s Park and London Zoo and was purchased from Eton College in 1841 to extend the parkland available to the poor people of north London for open-air recreation.

The park is closed to the public between 10pm and 6am and is soon to be gated at weekends to facilitate park closures for events such as Bonfire Night and New Year's Eve where the views of the fireworks on the London skyline are fabulous.

Regents Park Road curves round from Chalk Farm station (Northern Line) on Haverstock Hill to Gloucester Avenue where Regent's Park's Outer Circle meets Camden.

The boutique independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants further along on Regent's Park Road are a unique part of the village atmosphere that Primrose Hill has always offered.

This is a truly special home.
