We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
Owners Comments - We have been lucky enough to call this house our home for the past 25 years.
Over that time, we have lovingly renovated, restored and extended it to create a warm, safe and welcoming space for our children, and now their children, as well as the many friends who have passed through its doors.
It holds so many special memories for us.
One of the things we have always cherished is the location — being able to walk to the nearby parks, schools and village, all while feeling part of a friendly and supportive neighbourhood.
It has truly been a place where we have felt at home, and we hope the next owners will create just as many happy memories here as we have.
