We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman Offered with no ongoing chain, this is a lovely home with a great atmosphere, enjoying a particularly fine plot at the commencement of Hunters Drive.
It is notable for providing a driveway with parking for four cars, a single garage and a particularly mature rear garden that is private and appealing.
Internally the house has been very well maintained and presented very well.
It extends to a little over 900 square feet and is an ideal prospect for a wide range of buyers including a first time buyer, a growing family or those seeking to downsize into a village location.
The accommodation comprises three bedrooms and a family bathroom at first floor level. At ground floor level there is a good size hall, two reception rooms, a conservatory and a fitted kitchen.
The house is immediately ready to be moved into but also has scope to be modernised and further enhanced in certain areas to suit the individual needs of the next owner.
