Lymington Gate lives up to its name, offering a welcoming gateway to everything this characterful Georgian harbour town has to offer.

Perfectly positioned on the edge of some of Britain’s most diverse and beautiful countryside, it places the New Forest, the wildlife-rich Keyhaven Marshes and the sweeping shoreline of Milford on Sea within easy reach.

For those drawn to the water, Lymington’s thriving boating scene awaits.

The town is home to the renowned Royal Lymington Yacht Club, offering social and competitive sailing, dinghy racing and motor boating.

And for a day trip further afield, the ferry from Lymington Pier will take you to the Isle of Wight in around 40 minutes.

YOUR GATEWAY TO COMFORT & STYLE Created by the multi-award-winning David James Architects, Lymington Gate takes inspiration from the elegance of Georgian England — the era when Lymington first developed its distinctive charm.

Purpose-designed for later living, it offers independence, privacy and comfort, while fostering a warm, welcoming community.

At its heart is a bright communal lounge and kitchen opening onto a shared garden terrace, leading to a beautifully landscaped sanctuary of pathways, scented planting and peaceful spots to enjoy the gentle south coast climate.

Each home is filled with natural light and tranquillity, enhanced by triple-layer glazing. Most properties also enjoy a private outdoor space — either a ground-floor patio or an upper-level balcony.

Inside, enduring style and everyday comfort take priority: plush Cormar carpets in the bedrooms, Silestone worktops in the kitchens and a full suite of premium Neff, Bosch and Fisher & Paykel appliances.

With crisp lines and uplifting neutral tones, these interiors offer the perfect backdrop for you to bring your own personality — spaces designed to feel like home from the moment you arrive.
