We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
For sale by online auction on Tuesday 22nd September 2026. Bidding opens 21st September 2026.
These two three bedroom terrace/end terrace properties with driveway and front and rear gardens are offered for sale via traditional auction.
Number 4 is a vacant three bedroom mid terrace requiring renovation throughout. This property would make a great addition to a rental portfolio.
Number 4A, which we understand to also be a three bedroom end terrace, is currently occupied by the previous owner who is residing there without any formal tenancy agreement.
Auction House has been unable to inspect this property and buyers are advised to do their own research in this regard.
Scargill Road is a popular and convenient address, within easy reach of Harrogate town centre, and well served by local amenities including shops, schools and leisure facilities.
Please note both properties are on one singular title, however the land to the rear is on a second separate title. A 14 day completion applies to this lot.

Each property will be offered subject to a Reserve (a figure below which the Auctioneer cannot sell the property during the auction) which we expect will be set within the Guide Range or no more than 10% above a single figure Guide.
