Subscribe to a report

   Search a postcode

   Open More, then Comparables. Enter a full postcode, such as SW1A 1AA, in either mode.

   Read the analytics

   The "Area analytics" section shows price trend, transaction volume, bedrooms, property types, rent distribution and days on market, with the number of comparable sales behind them.

   Select Subscribe

   Subscribe appears at the top of Area analytics on Pro and Max.

   Choose the report

   Pick a tier: Lite (charts and sales table), Full (adds an AI summary, deals and demographics) or Branded (your logo and colours).

5. 5

   Set the schedule

   Choose Weekly (Mondays) or Monthly, enter a delivery email and select Subscribe.
