Create an investor pack

Build a pack

   Open Property Reports

   Open More, then Property Reports. The page is titled "Investor Packs" and lists the packs you have made.

   Start a pack

   Select "Create investor pack", or choose a template under "Start from a template".

   Choose the property

   Pick "On-market property" to use a saved property or a pipeline deal, with the price, specs and agent filled in. Pick "Off-market property" to enter one by hand.

   Set what goes in

   In the Property Report Builder, open Pack Sections, Comparables, Calculator and Report Branding. Add notes under Additional Notes.

   Generate it

   Select "Generate Property Report". The pack is added to your list.

   Download or share

   On a pack's menu, choose "Download PDF" or "Open deal". Use "Branding" at the top of the page to set your logo and details once.
