Work the leads

   Open Off-Market Leads

   Open More, then Off-Market Leads. It is available on Pro and Max.

   Search an area

   Enter a postcode, town or outcode, choose a radius of 1, 3, 5 or 10 miles and sort by Motivation score, Years owned, Equity gained, Gross yield or Historic sales.

   Filter the list

   Set a minimum motivation score, years owned, price, yield, bedrooms and tenure. Under Owner profile, choose Probate, Limited company or Distressed company. Other options are Serial (3+ historic sales), Underwater and Silent pull signal.

   Open a lead

   Select "Open lead" to see the estimated value, motivation, yield, equity gained and the owner. The tabs are Overview, Market Data, Location, Investment and Calculator.

5. 5

   Act on it

   On the lead, select "Add to pipeline" to track it, or "Generate letter" to write to the owner.

6. 6

   Keep the search

   Use "Saved scanners" to reuse a search, or build a scanner so Archie keeps looking.
