Send a letter

   Set your sender profile

   On Outreach, select "Sender profile". A letter needs your name or company, the first line of your address and your postcode.

   Start where the property is

   Outreach has no new-letter button. On an off-market lead or a property, select "Generate letter". On Browse Properties, use Bulk Select, pick properties and choose "Letters".

   Check the recipients

   Addresses without a building number are flagged. Fix them before you launch.

   Review Archie's plan

   Archie suggests a sequence: Standard DTV, Investor to Investor, Retirement Exit or Motivated Seller. Choose from one to four letters.

   Edit the letter copy

   Change the wording for each letter.

6. 6

   Review and launch

   The review shows the total cost, charged as each letter is dispatched. Select "Launch campaign". Letter 1 goes by Royal Mail the next business day at 09:00.
