Whether you are relaxing after a busy day, cooking for friends, hosting a family celebration or simply enjoying a quiet evening in front of the television, there is an abundance of space to do it all.

Full-height glazed French-style doors with a Juliet balcony introduce natural light and create an attractive focal point.

The kitchen has a contemporary feel, with a range of white wall and base units complemented by contrasting worktops and practical flooring.

Integrated cooking appliances include an oven, hob and extractor, while a stainless-steel sink sits beneath a wide horizontal window.

The layout also accommodates additional domestic appliances, helping to keep the kitchen practical and functional.

Alongside the kitchen sits a spacious dining area, with ample room for a family-sized table and chairs. This is a room designed for living, rather than simply looking good.

Cooking, dining, entertaining and relaxing all take place within one wonderfully sociable space. For buyers looking to create a stylish home of their own, it provides a fantastic starting point.

Bedroom One - Space, Comfort and Natural Light 12'3" x 12'0" (3.73m x 3.66m) The principal bedroom is a particularly generous double room, offering excellent proportions and plenty of flexibility when arranging furniture.

As the photographs demonstrate, there is ample room for a double bed, wardrobes, drawer units and even a desk or dressing table.

Full-height glazed doors with a Juliet balcony provide a lovely sense of openness and allow natural daylight into the room.

The neutral décor and comfortable carpeting create a restful environment, ready for the new owners to introduce their own personal style.

Bedroom Two - Far More Than Just a Spare Room 12'3" x 12'3" (3.73m x 3.73m) The second bedroom is another excellent-sized double, almost square in its proportions and exceptionally versatile.

For a young couple, it could become a beautiful guest bedroom, nursery or dedicated home office. Alternatively, it offers plenty of space for a child or teenager to make their own.

With so many people now working from home, having a genuinely spacious second bedroom creates an important additional benefit.

The room also features generous glazing, allowing plenty of natural light to enter. Whether used for sleeping, studying, hobbies or working, this is a space that can evolve as your needs change.

The Family Bathroom The modern bathroom is well presented, finished with attractive neutral wall tiling and wood-effect flooring.

Its white suite comprises a panelled bath with shower attachment and glazed shower screen, pedestal wash hand basin and low-level WC.

The floorplan shows two substantial garage/carport bays, each measuring approximately 20'0" x 10'0" (6.10m x 3.05m), with a combined area of around 400 sq ft (37.2 sq m).

For a household with two vehicles, this is an obvious attraction. However, their usefulness extends well beyond simply providing parking.

They offer potential space for bicycles, sports equipment, tools and other possessions, subject to the precise garage arrangements and any applicable restrictions.

There is also an additional storage area shown on the floorplan measuring approximately 6'6" x 4'6" (1.98m x 1.37m).

For buyers seeking a modern home with excellent parking and storage facilities, having this amount of additional space is a tremendous practical advantage.
