Cooking, dining, entertaining and relaxing all take place within one wonderfully sociable space.

For first-time buyers looking to create a stylish home of their own, it provides a fantastic starting point.

Bedroom One - Space, Comfort and Natural Light 12'3" x 12'0" (3.73m x 3.66m) The principal bedroom is a particularly generous double room, offering excellent proportions and plenty of flexibility when arranging furniture.

As the photographs demonstrate, there is ample room for a double bed, wardrobes, drawer units and even a desk or dressing table.

Full-height glazed doors with a Juliet balcony provide a lovely sense of openness and allow natural daylight into the room.

The neutral décor and comfortable carpeting create a restful environment, ready for the new owners to introduce their own personal style.

Bedroom Two - Far More Than Just a Spare Room 12'3" x 12'3" (3.73m x 3.73m) The second bedroom is another excellent-sized double, almost square in its proportions and exceptionally versatile.

For a young couple, it could become a beautiful guest bedroom, nursery or dedicated home office. Alternatively, it offers plenty of space for a child or teenager to make their own.

With so many people now working from home, having a genuinely spacious second bedroom creates an important additional benefit.

The room also features generous glazing, allowing plenty of natural light to enter. Whether used for sleeping, studying, hobbies or working, this is a space that can evolve as your needs change.

Two Garages - A Particularly Valuable Advantage One of the most appealing and unusual benefits of this coach house is the provision of two garages, a feature that adds considerable versatility.

The floorplan shows two substantial garage/carport bays, each measuring approximately 20'0" x 10'0" (6.10m x 3.05m), with a combined area of around 400 sq ft (37.2 sq m).

For a household with two vehicles, this is an obvious attraction. However, their usefulness extends well beyond simply providing parking.

They offer potential space for bicycles, sports equipment, tools and other possessions, subject to the precise garage arrangements and any applicable restrictions.

There is also an additional storage area shown on the floorplan measuring approximately 6'6" x 4'6" (1.98m x 1.37m).

For first-time buyers, having this amount of additional space is a tremendous practical advantage.

Shared Ownership - Making Home Ownership More Accessible For many people, particularly first-time buyers, taking that first step onto the property ladder can feel challenging.

Shared ownership offers an alternative way to purchase a home by allowing eligible buyers to purchase a percentage of the property rather than the full market value.

At Harvest Lane, buyers have the opportunity to acquire a 30% share for £98,000, with a monthly rent of £740 payable on the remaining share.

This arrangement may enable eligible purchasers to secure a home with a smaller mortgage and deposit than would be required to buy the entire property.

It could be particularly attractive to first-time buyers who want to establish themselves in the highly desirable Newhall development while keeping their initial purchase commitment more manageable.

Depending on the terms of the lease and the housing provider's requirements, there may also be an opportunity to purchase further shares in the future through a process known as staircasing.

Purchasers should confirm eligibility, the lease term, rent-review arrangements, service charges, other ongoing costs and staircasing provisions with the housing provider and their solicitor.

The £740 monthly rent is separate from any mortgage repayments, service charges or other applicable costs.

Why This Property Deserves Your Attention Finding an attractive first home in a desirable location is one thing.

Finding one that also offers genuinely spacious accommodation, two excellent double bedrooms, contemporary open-plan living and the considerable advantage of two garages is quite another.

Harvest Lane provides a particularly appealing combination.

The generous living space makes everyday life comfortable, while the versatile second bedroom offers the flexibility to adapt as circumstances change.

The two garages provide a practical advantage that many modern apartments and coach houses simply cannot offer. And then there is Newhall itself.

From its striking architecture and carefully planned surroundings to its excellent schools, transport links and growing community facilities, the development offers a lifestyle that continues to attract buyers from across Harlow and beyond.

For first-time buyers looking to get onto the property ladder, this could be an exceptional opportunity to establish a home in one of the town's most distinctive neighbourhoods.

At £98,000 for a 30% share, with monthly rent of £740, this superb two-bedroom coach house deserves serious consideration.
