Why buy this home?

Located along a quiet stretch of Lower Shelton Road in Marston Moretaine, this home enjoys beautiful open views to both the front and rear, overlooking fields and paddocks that create a real sense of space and privacy.

It is a setting that feels peaceful, yet remains well connected for everyday convenience. From the moment you arrive, the property stands out.

A generous driveway provides parking for four plus vehicles with ease, ideal for families with multiple cars or those who love to entertain.

The front door is of composite construction, offering enhanced security and durability. Stepping inside, you are welcomed by a practical entrance hall, perfect for coats, shoes and daily essentials.

It is a simple but important feature that helps keep the main living areas organised and clutter free.

The living room is a warm and inviting space, centred around a multifuel woodburner that creates a wonderful focal point.

Whether you prefer logs or alternative fuels, it offers flexibility and charm in equal measure.

The room is currently carpeted, however beneath lies a beautiful parquet floor, giving you the option to restore a classic feature if desired.

To the rear of the home is where the property truly shines.

The extended kitchen diner is a relatively new addition, designed specifically to create extra entertaining space and to better connect the house with the garden.

In the summer months, with the bi fold doors open, the patio becomes a natural extension of the kitchen, making it perfect for hosting family and friends.

The kitchen itself has been thoughtfully specified.

A central island takes pride of place, complete with induction hob, feature extractor, pop up electric socket, pull out cupboards and additional built in storage.

The worktops offer ample preparation space, while under counter lighting adds both practicality and atmosphere.

Integrated appliances include a Neff double oven, and the overall layout has been designed with both cooking and socialising in mind.

Natural light floods the space via a striking ceiling lantern and the bi fold doors with integral blinds.

When opened fully, they frame the garden beautifully and allow the inside and outside spaces to blend seamlessly.

Just off the kitchen is a secondary hallway which could easily serve as a utility area if required.

There is also a ground floor bathroom, currently used by the owners before and after enjoying the hot tub, an incredibly practical addition for those making full use of the outdoor space.

Internal access leads into the large garage, offering further flexibility.

This could remain as secure storage, or subject to requirements, could be adapted into a fourth bedroom or dedicated work from home space.

Side access runs along the house, providing convenient entry to the garden without passing through the home. And then there is the garden, the true star of the show.

Stretching to approximately 130ft in length, it was the main reason the current owners fell in love with the property. It is a rare and versatile outdoor space that offers something for everyone.

Directly off the kitchen is a substantial patio area, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing as a family.

A brand new luxury hot tub sits proudly in this space and comes with a four year warranty, a premium addition that the owners are happy to include for the right buyer.

Further along the garden you will find a green cabin with electric and lighting, currently used as a gym but equally suited as a home office or additional accommodation space if required.

There is also a wood store positioned conveniently for the multifuel burner in the living room.

In addition to the cabin, there are three sheds and a greenhouse, along with a dedicated working garden area at the rear for those who enjoy growing their own produce.

A paved pathway runs neatly down the centre of the garden, guiding you towards a charming pond and on to the productive garden beyond.

Upstairs, the property offers two generous double bedrooms and a comfortable single bedroom.

The principal bedroom enjoys stunning views across open fields to the front, while the rear rooms also benefit from views over paddocks and countryside, reinforcing the peaceful setting of the home.

This is a property that combines practical family living with lifestyle appeal.

Generous parking, flexible internal space, a high specification kitchen extension and an exceptional garden make it a rare find.

For buyers seeking space to entertain, room to work from home, and uninterrupted countryside views both front and back, this is a home that truly delivers. More about the location...
