A beautifully renovated three-bedroom cottage with exceptional gardens and modern energy efficiency.

This totally stunning and extended three bedroom terraced cottage offers a lovely mix of both period and modern features with a wonderful feel of light and space inside.

French doors from the kitchen lead to the private and enclosed generous gardens. Air source heat pump, underfloor heating and solar panels.

Why You'll Like It - Prepare to be completely bowled over by this exceptional cottage, which has been comprehensively renovated by the present owner to an exacting standard.

From the new flooring and underfloor heating beneath your feet to the Spanish tiled roof and solar panels above, this is a home that has been transformed throughout, combining the character and charm of a traditional cottage with the comfort, efficiency and style of a much more contemporary home.

The work carried out has created a wonderfully light and airy home that nevertheless retains a warm and inviting feel.

A long entrance hallway immediately sets the tone, leading through to the beautifully presented living room.

Here, the redesigned fireplace provides a charming focal point, complete with a wood-burning stove – although with underfloor heating running throughout the principal ground floor accommodation, lighting the fire is likely to be reserved for those cosy winter evenings.

The underfloor heating continues into the superbly appointed kitchen, which has been designed with both style and practicality in mind and offers a good range of fitted units together with a selection of integrated appliances.

A useful ground floor WC has also been cleverly introduced.

Upstairs, the spacious landing leads to three excellent bedrooms, providing comfortable and versatile accommodation for a family, guests or those working from home.

There's an outstanding four-piece family bathroom, complete with a separate shower cubicle, offering a touch of luxury rarely found in a cottage of this nature.

The home also benefits from an air source heat pump and solar panels, providing impressive modern energy credentials alongside the extensive renovation. Outside, the property is equally appealing.

The large, level and wonderfully private gardens provide plenty of space for children, entertaining and outdoor living, while a driveway provides valuable off-road parking.

In short, this is a very special home – a characterful cottage that has been transformed into a beautifully finished, energy-efficient and exceptionally comfortable modern family home.
