We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

We are informed the service charge is only paid when there are repairs to be done. The landlord insures the building and the lease owner pays any premiums due.
Method of Sale The property is to be sold by traditional auction.
Finance your purchase Traditional auction requires immediate payment of a deposit and therefore we would recommend you have an Agreement in Principle (AIP) before bidding.
If you require advice on how to finance a purchase through traditional auction, please contact us in branch.

Although paying a reservation fee may seem daunting it shows your commitment to the seller, and it also secures their commitment to you.
