Barrow Styles Lane, Market Drayton, TF9 1EZ

Directions: From Market Drayton town centre proceed out along Stafford Street, continue across the first roundabout and after around 100 yards, turn left into Barrow Styles Lane, where you will locate The Old Coach House, on the left hand side, by our distinctive for sale board.

Prepare to be amazed by everything The Old Coach House has to offer and opportunities like this rarely come around, so if you have been searching for a property that will set you apart from the rest, then we believe your property search could be over and once you have viewed, we are sure you will be moving in shortly after.

When the property was purchased by the current owners back in 2002, we were fortunate to have dealt with the sale and since then, they have dedicated many hours and spent a considerable amount of money, making this property what it is today and they have certainly succeeded in what they set out to do, so please don’t delay in making your appointment to view.

The original Coach House dates back to around 1840, which we believe was originally a two bedroom home, the house was extended back in 2011 to the rear, increasing the living accommodation by at least 40% and by doing this, it created a large open plan kitchen/diner, utility room, shower and from the kitchen diner, a second stairway leads up to the first floor, again giving the property a second landing, two further bedrooms and an en-suite shower room off bedroom three.

Outside, the enclosed cottage style gardens are sure to impress, as you approach the property, tall double gates open onto the large brick paved driveway and parking area, there is also pedestrian access and a detached garage with planning permission granted to extend.

To the side is a lovely enclosed courtyard garden with Indian sandstone, raised border and a covered porch with lights either side of the front door.

The rear garden has a shaped lawn, Indian sandstone patio, planted borders with a variety of shrubs, maturing trees, wooden shed, wooden summerhouse and fencing to the boundary and for the winter evenings, there is exterior lighting to all four elevations.

To view the planning permission on the garage, please check out the Shropshire Council planning portal and type in ref:22/04072/ful Market Drayton is a small market town in north Shropshire , close to the Welsh Border.
