This position, just over a mile from the shops, amenities and train Station of Stroud, allows for a superb view over the valley to Thrupp and The Heavens beyond, with hundreds of acres of National Trust land at Minchinhampton and Rodborough commons found just up the hill.

The property is built using traditional methods under pitched tiled roof with characterful accommodation arranged over two floors.

It has been owned by our client for some 30 years and they have made many improvements to the property, including an extension at the front that has transformed the living space.

A shower room with contemporary fittings completes the ground floor. A central staircase leads up to the first floor, with two double bedrooms on this level.

Both have vaulted ceilings and exposed timbers, with a cast iron fireplace in the left hand room. The property has a great feel, and the windows at the front look out over the valley.

The three properties that comprise Glenview Cottages are found through a gate, with a pedestrian right of way across the front of the terrace for the three houses for access. No.
